David brings 30+ years of manufacturing experience, has previously owned, a full service Mastercam dealership, which served all of New England becoming one of the top 10 Mastercam dealers in the country.

His career, from Technical High School, Pratt & Whitney apprentice training, through college and finally owning and operating a business (Macdac Engineering Inc.) has been in the manufacturing sector many years. Dave's training and experience has taken him through all types of manufacturing from aerospace to tool making. Being familiar with most metal manufacturing methods to final inspection, he is also familiar with machining exotic materials, such as titanium, nickel alloys, aluminum and stainless steel. Dave is proficient in blueprint reading, can draw and dimension tool and fixture designs. He is familiar with all phases of manual and CNC machining, milling, turning, grinding, jig boring, drilling, tapping and thread cutting. He has worked in R&D supporting engineers with machined parts, fixtures and devices and received achievement awards for such work.
